Zini is not responsible for any errors made by the customer when providing shipping addresses. Any costs associated with reshipping or restocking are the responsibility of the customer. On all returned orders, Zini will hold packages for 90 days, after which packages or cargo which are not collected will be destroyed.

Shipping costs are calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and are based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping. You can see each product's estimated arrival date on the checkout page during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided. Once shipped, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 1- 20 days depending on the shipping carrier. Orders are generally shipped within one business day from order receipt.

All orders shipped outside the United States will include customs declarations for local customs at destination. All customs and duties at destination are the responsibility of the Importer (customer) not the Exporter (Zini). International taxes and duties must be paid by the Importer (customer) upon receipt; the Exporter (Zini) does not calculate or collect these fees. Should items be held in customs at destination it is the responsibility of the Importer (customer) to retrieve their order, not the Exporter (Zini). Zini is available upon written request to provide all export documentation within a reasonable time frame. Zini is not available to modify or manipulate invoices to suit Importer (customer) at any time.

Zini does not accept any liability for lost packages shipped outside the United States by United States Postal Service. On all returned orders shipped to address outside the United States, Zini will only refund the cost of goods, not the shipping costs or restocking fee of USD $10.00.

All orders shipped on Shippers (Zini) accounts with courier or postal tracking receipts showing that goods have been delivered are no longer the responsibility of the Shipper (Zini). All orders shipped by the Shipper (Zini) are sent without the requirement of direct or indirect signature by Receiver (customer). Receiver (customer) understands that orders are sent uninsured and understands the risks associated with uninsured shipping.

On all returned orders to sender within the United States, regardless of reason, Zini will only refund the cost of goods not the shipping costs or restocking fee of USD $10.00.
